Hi friends, My name is Karmen Siddiq. I am wife, mother, and Christ follower who has enjoyed fitness practically my entire life (it sounds crazy but I promise TRUE). My "day job" in occupational therapy fostered a deep appreciation for health, wellness and functional movement. I longed for a way to marry the things that give me JOY, and teaching Fitness became that fit. I believe that fitness is for every BODY, and I would love to help you find your "fit" in fitness.
